What does this mean for you?
- Business as usual, our product will continue to protect your precious device/s.
- Valid product registrations can and will be accepted where the correct information is provided to us.
- Any claims received will be reviewed & ‘held’ until further notice. This includes screen protector and device screen replacement claims.
- As soon as the situation allows, we will reinstate and begin the claim process with customers.
For peace of mind we offer a 2-year device screen replacement guarantee on our PrismShield screen protectors.
To be covered, please register your product within 14 days of purchase. There you will need to provide your personal and mobile device details and upload your receipt.
