Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us including you ordering the wrong size for your device or a colour you no longer want, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  2. Item(s) must be unused with undamaged original packaging.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (EXCLUDING delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the image shown on the online store, then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy to process your refund or return.

How to make a return via post

  1. Email us at support@3SIXTgear.com with your claim, and when authorised proceed to step 2.
  2. Complete the return form. You’ll find the return form here.
  3. Pack your item(s) for return in a suitably sized parcel satchel or parcel box (with reasonable protection) for the weight of the item(s). Address the satchel/parcel to:

Don’t forget to include the return form! Pay the appropriate postage at your nearest Australia Post store and send away.

Processing refunds, returns and exchanges

Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund will appear in your bank or PayPal account in about 3-5 days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.

Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.
