We offer free shipping to all areas in Australia. We do not offer an express service so the below approximate times are the quickest delivery available.

What happens after I place an order?

You will be notified via email of acceptance of the order. Orders will be processed and dispatched in order of acceptance within 1 to 3 business days.  If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is to be packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email indicating tracking details relating to your order. You can track your order from My Account > Track Your Order or follow your order’s delivery status with your tracking number on the courier’s website. All orders are delivered via registered courier and will require a signature, as we do not offer an ‘Authority To Leave’.

Where is my order?

For the most up to date information on the status of your order, you can log into your account, and go to ‘My Orders’ to view the most up-to-date status updates. When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. This email will also include a link which will allow you to track the status of your delivery at anytime. If you have not yet received an email notification, please be assured our team are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. PLEASE NOTE: tracking information may not be available straight away on the courier’s website. Please check later in the evening after you receive the tracking details from us.

What happens if I’m not at the delivery address at the time of delivery?

Your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection up to 10 business days before being returned to us. Please keep an eye out in your letterbox or door for a calling card from the courier indicating the place of pickup.

What happens if there is an issue with my delivery?

While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly during public holiday periods. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch. We will also not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us, industrial action, and weather events.

Do you ship to other countries other than Australia?

No. We only ship to addresses located in Australia and it’s territories.

I’ve ordered multiple products (including a powerbank) and only received one of the items.

We ship products with batteries separately as they are a restricted product that needs to be packed and shipped in a different way. They should arrive within 1 business day of each other.
