It is against the law for a retailer to refuse you a refund or replacement and send you to us for a remedy. Only in special circumstances (e.g the retailer you bought our product from is no longer in business or you no longer live in Australia) can we assist you with a warranty claim. In most circumstances, we will send you back to the retailer to help you with your warranty replacement or refund, so please insist to your retailer that they provide a remedy at the time of your claim.
