This warranty is managed by ZipKord Solutions for 3SIXT products purchased in the United States.

 

Our Warranty Policy

Our products
We stand behind our products for their lifetime. If your product ever breaks due to a manufacturer defect, simply return it to the warranty center. If we determine it has broken due to a manufacture defect, we will either fix it or replace it.


Our coverage

Our warranty covers products with a manufacturer defect. Our warranty does not cover outside influence that occurs due to standard wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or accident. For more details, click here.

We are proud to sell and support products by our brand partners including 3SixT. If you have purchased a 3sixT product that we distribute, and have been directed to our site, please follow our Warranty Process below and we will respond to your needs in the appropriate manner.
